Conceptor & Project Manager¶

Creative lead and project manager for global clients in the banking, pharmacology, automotive, and tech industries, delivering explainer videos and interactive learning modules across multi-stage production pipelines.

Directed cross-functional teams from brief through to final delivery across distributed client and agency stakeholder environments
Managed concurrent projects across DACH and UK markets, maintaining consistent delivery standards under sustained commercial pressure
Operated the Simpleshow Videomaker platform at expert level: a proprietary AI-assisted video production tool used for script development, motion graphics, brand implementation, revision cycles, and final delivery
Worked to strict CI and compliance requirements on behalf of international A+ clients, coordinating illustration, motion design, and sound design across each production
Stepped into senior project management responsibilities when required, maintaining timeline and quality standards through complex feedback rounds

Interdisciplinary Media Designer¶

Independent practice across digital, web, video, and live-media formats, working with international artists, cultural organisations, and creative teams over 26 years.

Delivered end-to-end across the full project lifecycle: scoping, production, stakeholder alignment, and handoff
Designed and executed workflows and technical setups across diverse formats, environments, and team configurations
Built and maintained CMS infrastructure and a Brevo-based CRM and email marketing system, including segmented campaigns and preference-based customer communications
Translated ambiguous or underdefined briefs into structured, executable plans as a consistent practice
Approximately 500 projects delivered across digital, video, web, and live-media formats

Co-owner & Operator¶

LUDWIG Bar / Gallery / Venue · Berlin-Neukölln · Dec 2015 – Sep 2019

Co-founded and operated a 150-capacity arts venue, building event infrastructure for artists and the local community in Berlin-Neukölln.

Built operational systems for scheduling, staffing, and logistics
Managed daily administration, supplier relationships, and financial operations
Led marketing and communications across events and programming
Curated exhibitions and events with international artists in a live, customer-facing environment
