A canonical taxonomy and atomic pattern library for structured prompt engineering. 19 domains, a consistent schema, and a publication architecture built for long-term versioning.

The control and governance layer for this site: ADRs, naming conventions, phase freeze protocols, and structural invariants. A working demonstration of governed documentation practice as methodology.
